Expanding Japanese food business
throughout the U.S.
We believe that Japanese culinary culture has the potential to captivate people around the world. While dishes like ramen and sushi have gained international popularity, there are still many unique and appealing Japanese foods that remain largely unknown to global audiences.
However, there is a significant gap in quality between Japanese food available in Japan and that found abroad. This disparity exists because many successful Japanese food businesses face challenges with international expansion.
We are committed to providing the resources needed to expand Japanese food businesses across the U.S. while maintaining the high standards of quality found in Japan. Our mission is to spread the excellence of Japanese culinary culture throughout the U.S. and to allow many people to experience Japan’s charm.
